A highlight of Monday's RAW was seeing Andrade taking on Rey Mysterio again and during the bout, the heel attempted to pull the Master of the 619's mask off. This is the second time he's done that in as many weeks and Dave Meltzer believes that it's because WWE is building to a hair vs. mask match at a future PPV.
This would have been a great SummerSlam match but it seems as if WWE has only just now decided to head in this direction. "That was the original idea for WrestleMania and they dropped it," Meltzer notes. "At one point, I was told that they don’t want to cut Andrade’s hair and they can’t take Rey’s mask."
There are a lot of people in management who are big fans of Andrade and if Mysterio wants to put the younger Superstar over, it's entirely feasible that he'll be happy to lose his mask. "He has people in power who are behind him, yet they don’t do anything with him. I guess now is the start of attempting to do something with him," Meltzer concluded.
With any luck, WWE won't end up dropping the ball on this storyline.
