WWE Might Possibly Be Planning A Double Turn With Tye Dillinger And Rusev

A new report indicates that WWE may be planning to turn Tye Dillinger heel in order to dampen the "10" chants (yes, really), and Rusev could find himself a fan-favorite as a result. Click on for more details...

WWE reportedly tested a double turn with Rusev and Tye Dillinger at a recent live event in Raleigh, NC. According to Dave Meltzer, The Bulgarian Brute worked the match as a face, while The Perfect 10 played the role of heel.

Appparently, the company is attempting to dampen the "10" chants because they're worried about crowds using it to hijack promos in much the same way they frequently shout "what", and it's felt that a Dillinger heel turn would accomplish this. Meanwhile, babyface Rusev has been rumored for a while now as WWE seems to be under the impression that fans want to cheer for him.

What do you guys make of this? Does it make sense for both Superstars, or does it sound more like another example of the company trying to cool a wrestler's momentum by stripping him of the thing that got him over in the first place? Sound off below.
