The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for April 27, 2020 took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— After a VIP Lounge segment with MVP and the three Raw participants for the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match (Aleister Black, Apollo Crews and Rey Mysterio) was interrupted by Zelina Vega and her trio, a six-man tag team match started. Aleister Black, Apollo Crews and Rey Mysterio defeated Andrade, Angel Garza and Austin Theory by pinfall (Crews pinned Andrade).
— Following that, in a backstage segment, Andrade and Crews had it out and it was announced a United States title match would happen later in the night. In that match, Andrade retained the United States Championship over Apollo Crews by referee stoppage, as Apollo suffered a leg injury. Later, he was shown backstage on crutches.
— Instead of their scheduled triple threat match, Asuka, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler all just fought with each other. Jax took the other two out with a ladder. She then intimidated Charly Caruso by saying nobody could do anything to stop her.
— Bobby Lashley told Lana she was too beautiful to be ringside for his match, as she's a distraction. He then beat Denzel Dejournette by pinfall.
— Liv Morgan defeated Ruby Riott by pinfall.
— The Viking Raiders cut a promo on how The Street Profits are always second best whenever Erik and Ivar are around, as Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have never beaten them. Later, The Street Profits accepted the challenge for a title match next week.
— Jinder Mahal returned to action and beat Akira Tozawa by pinfall.
— Cedric Alexander and Ricochet defeated Ever-Rise (Matt Martel and Chase Parker) by pinfall. MVP then appeared on the TitanTron with Brendan Vink and Shane Thorne, who are now under his guidance and want a match with Alexander and Ricochet.
— There was a contract signing for the Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins match for the WWE Championship at Money in the Bank. McIntyre slammed Rollins' face on the table. Murphy tried to help Rollins, but McIntyre was able to fend him off.
