The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for August 24, 2020 took place at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— Drew McIntyre started the show with a promo about retaining his title last night at SummerSlam against Randy Orton. He said he's up for another fight if Orton wants it, and he'll be ready to kick his head off. Orton then attacked McIntyre from behind and laid him out with two punts to the skull backstage.

— Nia Jax said her suspension has been lifted as she apologized to Pat Buck. She and Shayna Baszler talked trash to each other backstage before Shayna's match with Bayley. Shayna Baszler defeated Bayley by disqualification when Nia Jax interfered and attacked Shayna. Oddly, Jax and Baszler ended up standing next to each other in opposition of Sasha Banks and Bayley as The Golden Role Models tried to goad them into fighting each other more.

— Kevin Owens had Aleister Black as his guest on The KO Show. Rather quickly into the interview, Black hit Owens with the Black Mass and walked off.

— 24/7 Championship Fatal 4-Way Match: Akira Tozawa defeated Shelton Benjamin (c), Cedric Alexander and R-Truth by pinfall on R-Truth to win the title.

— Randy Orton spoke about how he attacked McIntyre because he was offered a title shot out of pity. Keith Lee interrupted

— Montez Ford defeated Angel Garza by pinfall

— Six-Woman Tag Team Match: Bianca Belair and The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan) defeated Zelina Vega and The IIconics (Peyton Royce and Billie Kay) by pinfall.

— Mark Henry officiated an arm wrestling competition between Bobby Lashley and Apollo Crews, which Crews won by taking advantage of a distracted Lashley who wasn't ready.

— Natalya and Lana cut a promo about Mickie James, who came out for a fight.

— Raw Underground: Bobby Lashley was wrecking people. Dolph Ziggler stepped up to the challenge, but was eventually tossed out of the ring by Lashley.

— Keith Lee vs. Randy Orton ended with Drew McIntyre attacking Orton. Lee and Orton will fight at Payback this Sunday.

— Raw Women's Championship Lumberjack Match: Asuka (c) defeated Sasha Banks by submission to retain the title.

— Raw Underground: Bobby Lashley beat Cedric Alexander, which led to Erik and Ivar trying to help out and losing a fight with The Hurt Business.

— Dominik and Rey Mysterio vs Seth Rollins and Murphy ended with RETRIBUTION attacking Rey and Dominik.
