— The show started with a promo and fight segment between Kevin Owens vs. AOP and Seth Rollins, wherein Samoa Joe came out to help Owens fight them off. Security then escorted Owens and Joe out of the arena.

— Aleister Black defeated Buddy Murphy by pinfall.

— Rollins and AOP were also escorted out of the arena.

— Erick Rowan defeated Kip Stevens by pinfall.

— Charlotte Flair officially announced her inclusion in the Women's Royal Rumble and set forth an open challenge that Natalya answered. Charlotte Flair defeated Natalya by submission.

— The O.C. cut a promo that was interrupted by The Street Profits which led to a match between the two. The Street Profits defeated The O.C. by pinfall.

— Drew McIntyre defeated Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins by pinfall.

— Randy Orton talked about his injury and how he might not be able to wrestle anymore. AJ Styles came out to talk trash and taunt him. Orton then gave him an RKO as this was all a ruse.

— After Andrade took out a jobber, Ricochet came out to stop him. Then, Andrade defeated Ricochet by pinfall.

— The wedding between Lana and Bobby Lashley had their former first husband and wife come out to interrupt. Then, Liv Morgan came out to do the same and fought with Lana while Rusev fought with Bobby Lashley.
