The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for December 7, 2020 took place from inside the WWE ThunderDome at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— Randy Orton started the night with a promo where he challenged Bray Wyatt to a match later tonight.
— Asuka defeated Shayna Baszler by pinfall. Next week, Lana will face Nia Jax.
— Dana Brooke and Ricochet defeated Slapjack and Reckoning of RETRIBUTION by pinfall. After the match, Mustafa Ali lashed out at Slapjack and Reckoning for losing.
— MizTV revolved around setting up the handicap match for later in the night and ate up a lot of time. Much of this episode was filler like this and recap footage, video packages and promos to set up things for later.
— Kofi Kingston defeated Shelton Benjamin by pinfall. After the match, Cedric Alexander challenged Kofi to a match on the spot. Cedric Alexander defeated Kofi Kingston by pinfall.
— Handicap Match: The Miz, John Morrison and AJ Styles defeated Drew McIntyre and Sheamus by pinfall. Since Sheamus unintentionally Brogue Kicked McIntyre during the match, they fought backstage until Pat Buck separated them. Together, they put Pat Buck through a table and walked off friends again as they just had to blow off some steam.
— Bobby Lashley defeated Jeff Hardy by submission
— Randy Orton vs Bray Wyatt ended with the lights going out and Wyatt turning into The Fiend to put The Viper down, but the referee didn't call for any decision.
