The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for January 28, 2019 took place at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, AZ.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who may have missed it:

— Seth Rollins cuts an emotional promo about how his dream has always been to main event WrestleMania and how much his Royal Rumble win means to him. Triple H comes out, equally emotional, to tout Seth's success and tell him he needs to pick which champion he'll challenge by the end of the night. Dean Ambrose comes out to talk some trash and get himself a match with Rollins.

— Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose by pinfall. After the match, Ambrose wants to cut a promo, but he's interrupted by Nia Jax and Tamina Snuka coming out for their match.

— Women's Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Nia Jax and Tamina defeated Alexa Bliss and Mickie James by pinfall

— Baron Corbin defeated Kurt Angle by pinfall

— Finn Balor's promo on his match with Brock Lesnar is interrupted by Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush, who pick a fight for some reason. Since Balor is so beaten down from yesterday, he's easily manhandled by Lashley.

— The Revival defeated Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins by pinfall

— Elias tells the crowd he's no longer writing songs for them anymore, because everybody let him down and the audience isn't worthy of him. Jeff Jarrett and Road Dogg Jesse James come out to sing With My Baby Tonight and Elias ends up hitting both of them with guitars.

— Mojo Rawley looks in a mirror and tells himself that nobody takes him seriously, but he's the greatest combination of

— Women's Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: The Riott Squad defeated Natalya and Dana Brooke by pinfall

— Ronda Rousey tries to cut a promo on Sasha Banks and Royal Rumble, but the crowd gets into her head by chanting for Becky Lynch, so she seems to get lost in what words she's supposed to say. As this is an open challenge segment, Bayley just comes out seemingly early to just get to the match.

Ronda Rousey defeated Bayley by submission to retain the Raw Women's Championship. After the match, Becky Lynch comes out to say she doesn't need any time to choose, as she picks Rousey for her WrestleMania title shot. Rousey says she can kill Lynch without breaking a sweat and she owns any ring she steps into and she'll own Becky at WrestleMania.

— Braun Strowman tells Seth Rollins that he earned his title shot last night and shakes his hand. He suggests Rollins makes the right decision and that he makes it count at WrestleMania.

— Braun Strowman defeated Drew McIntyre by disqualification after interference from Baron Corbin, who attacks Strowman and teams with McIntyre to take him out.

— Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman come out to say the only choice Seth Rollins has is that he needs to pick Daniel Bryan for WrestleMania. Rollins comes out and immediately starts a fight, but he's taken out by multiple F-5s
