— The show started with a promo and video package from Seth Rollins dedicated to Rey Mysterio, who he declared had made a sacrifice of himself in honor of Rollins. Aleister Black came out to fight, which led to their match. Aleister Black defeated Seth Rollins by pinfall. After the match, Rollins (along with Austin Theory and Murphy) beat down both Black and Humberto Carrillo.
— Apollo Crews fought Kevin Owens to a no-contest for the United States Championship as the match was interrupted by Andrade and Angel Garza, who attacked both of them. This set up a tag team match that Crews and Owens won by pinfall.
— The Viking Raiders won a round of bowling against The Street Profits by 1 point.
— Billie Kay defeated Nikki Cross by pinfall.
— Rey Mysterio said that he isn't sure if or when he'll be medically cleared to compete from his eye injury. His son Dominick reminded Seth Rollins of the phrase "an eye for an eye."
— R-Truth won the 24/7 Championship from Rob Gronkowski.
— Nia Jax defeated Kairi Sane by pinfall.
— Randy Orton spoke on how even when he's half-assed his career, he's still accomplished more than everyone else, so he's going to prove he's better than Edge at Backlash.
— Asuka lost to Charlotte Flair by count-out when Nia Jax came out, impersonated Asuka's entrance, and then attacked her.
— Drew McIntyre defeated MVP by pinfall and was then attacked by Bobby Lashley to end the episode.
