The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for June 22, 2020 took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— The show started with Dolph Ziggler (who is now on the Raw roster along with Robert Roode as part of the talent exchange that happened with moving AJ Styles over to SmackDown) challenging Drew McIntyre for a WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules. McIntyre accepted.
— Nia Jax and Charlotte Flair had some words. Jax called Flair entitled and pointed out that she's never beaten her. Flair kept up her trademark bravado in Jax's face.
— The Street Profits retained the Raw Tag Team Championship over The Viking Raiders by pinfall. Angel Garza and Andrade attacked Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins after the match.
— Asuka defeated Charlotte Flair by submission to retain the Raw Women's Championship.
— Edge spoke about how Randy Orton has revived The Rated-R Superstar persona in himself. Randy Orton retorted in an interview with Charly Caruso that when a snake is backed into a corner, it bites.
— Backstage, Nia Jax attacked Charlotte Flair.
— Akira Tozawa defeated R-Truth by pinfall to win the 24/7 Championship after Bobby Lashley destroyed everyone, including the ninjas.
— Natalya defeated Liv Morgan by submission.
— Ric Flair annointed Randy Orton the best wrestler in the business. Big Show interrupted and chastised Orton and Flair before threatening them. Orton pointed out that they're friends, but Big Show is a legend, and it would be a shame if he suffered the same fate from The Legend Killer that Edge and Christian did.
— Bayley and Sasha Banks defeated The IIconics by submission to retain the Women's Tag Team Championship. After the match, The Boss challenged Asuka for a Raw Women's Championship match at Extreme Rules.
— Ruby Riott showed concern for Liv Morgan backstage, but Morgan wasn't interested in having her potentially make her feel worse about herself.
— MVP had Apollo Crews as his guest for The VIP Lounge to talk about how Crews should join MVP like Bobby Lashley did. Apollo Crews turned him down and then defeated Shelton Benjamin by pinfall. Bobby Lashley beat down Crews after the match and posed with the United States Championship.
— Rey Mysterio and Dominick stand together, wanting a fight with Seth Rollins. He and his disciples all had a brawl with Mysterio, Dominick, Humberto Carrillo and Aleister Black. The heel were chased off with steel chairs.
