The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for May 27, 2019 took place at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who may have missed it:

— The first 50 minutes of this episode were promos and commercials. Brock Lesnar didn't say when or who he would cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on. Shane McMahon talked trash about Roman Reigns while the fans chanted "this is boring" and for AEW.

— Shane McMahon defeated one of Roman Reigns' cousins, Lance Anoa'i. He and Drew McIntyre beat Anoa'i down after the match until Reigns came out to hit McMahon and McIntyre with a Superman Punch a piece. They fled.

— Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman came back out again to tease more information, only for Lesnar to say that he didn't know he had a full year to cash in, and leave.

— R-Truth and Carmella ran around the ring area while being chased by EC3, Cedric Alexander and Eric Young.

— Baron Corbin attacked AJ Styles backstage.

— Becky Lynch and Nikki Cross defeated The IIconics by pinfall.

— Ricochet defeated Cesaro by pinfall.

— It was announced that Rey Mysterio will vacate the United States Championship next week and Samoa Joe is hoping to get it back, as he thinks it's rightfully his.

Baron Corbin won a Fatal 4-Way elimination match (despite there being only one pinfall) by pinning The Miz as Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman fought out into the crowd. Corbin will face Seth Rollins at Super ShowDown for the Universal Championship

— Another Firefly Fun House vignette aired

— Sami Zayn was asked questions from "fans" in attendance, which mostly consisted of him saying they could ask better questions. He name-dropped AEW, though, and said he wasn't focused on the Universal Championship, but he could win it any time he wanted.

— Seth Rollins defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall
