The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for November 23, 2020 took place from inside the WWE ThunderDome at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— The winning members of Team Raw for the men's elimination match were congratulated by Adam Pearce for their domination at Survivor Series. They each stated their case for why they should be the next in line to challenge Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship. Braun Strowman flat out threatened Pearce and headbutted him. Later in the night, Pearce finished his announcement and scheduled three singles matches that would determine who would fight in a Triple Threat match next week to determine the new No. 1 contender.
— Those three ended up being Matt Riddle (who pinned Sheamus), Keith Lee (who beat Bobby Lashley by disqualification after MVP interfered) and AJ Styles (who pinned Randy Orton after a distraction by The Fiend).
— The Hurt Business challenged The New Day for the tag team titles. At first, it was a count-out, but they restarted the match and The New Day pinned them to retain.
— Lana's Raw Women's Championship match against Asuka was immediately thrown out after Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler attacked The Empress of Tomorrow. This led to a tag team match where Asuka and Lana beat the women's tag team champions by pinfall.
— Alexa Bliss defeated Nikki Cross by pinfall
