WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW Highlights For October 15, 2018: Final Raw World Cup Qualifying Matches And More

The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for October 15, 2018 took place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who may have missed it:

— The Dogs of War cut a promo to start the show and are interrupted by Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. Dean Ambrose is noticeably absent. They talk some trash about Crown Jewel and it leads into the Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins qualifying match for the World Cup tournament.

— With some help from Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins defeated Drew McIntyre by count-out to qualify for the Crown Jewel World Cup tournament.

— Ember Moon and Nia Jax defeated Dana Brooke and Tamina by pinfall. It was announced that there will be a battle royal at Evolution for a future women's title shot and these four women will be involved, among many others (pretty much everyone without another match). To end the segment, they all tossed each other over the top rope, with Dana Brooke being the last in the ring.

— Ronda Rousey asked for an explanation for The Bella Twins turning on her last week. Nikki and Brie basically say "we were responsible for the Divas Revolution" like what everyone says nowadays. Rousey calls them out for "leeching off [their] men" and "diluting their movesets", doing the minimum effort, representing the Divas era and basically getting by on their looks and such, while The Bella Twins say the critics are jealous. The Bella Twins run off while Rousey is busy taking out several security guards.

— Dolph Ziggler defeated Dean Ambrose by pinfall to qualify for the World Cup tournament at Crown Jewel. Ambrose and Rollins start pushing each other after the match. Baron Corbin comes out to announce yet another six-man tag team match between The Shield and Strowman/Ziggler/McIntyre again tonight.

— Finn Balor defeated Jinder Mahal by pinfall.

— Bobby Lashley defeated Tyler Breeze by pinfall.

— Lita and Trish Stratus / Alexa Bliss and Mickie James talk about their match at Evolution. Nothing of value happens. The segment is basically just a reminder that that match is happening.

— The Authors of Pain defeated The Conquistador by pinfall in a handicap match. After he's unmasked and unveiled to be some random guy, rather than Kurt Angle, Baron Corbin is attacked on the stage by Angle, who gives him an Olympic Slam.

— Natalya takes on Ruby Riott. To balance out Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan, Natalya has Bayley and Sasha Banks on her side. Natalya defeated Ruby Riott by disqualification after interference from Sarah Logan

— Elias upsets the Philly crowd before being interrupted by Apollo Crews, who is sick of everyone overlooking him. He shows off his strength by taking out Elias.

— The Shield defeated Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre by pinfall. After the match, Strowman gives Ziggler a powerslam, but McIntyre hits him with the Claymore as payback.
