Preview & Predictions for WWE RAW:
While it seems like they're both foregone conclusions, we still don't know who Royal Rumble winners Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair are going to challenge for WrestleMania 41. My guess is Flair will dawdle a bit to allow Tiffany Stratton to have a feud in the meantime with Nia Jax to wrap up their storyline, but will ultimately go with Stratton. In the meantime, WWE will tease that she could have a rematch with Rhea Ripley, as they have a long-standing history together. When it comes to Jey Uso, he'll likely be more at the forefront of just reiterating what he had said before, in that he's definitely challenging Gunther, but WWE will have at least one moment where Jey and Cody Rhodes have a face-to-face to address that potential, too.
There will also be qualifying matches to determine who enters the Elimination Chamber in a few weeks. Details about who are even competing in the qualifying matches are still unknown, but we know John Cena has already put his name in the hat. My predictions would be the men's will include Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre and either Sami Zayn, Damian Priest, LA Knight or Logan Paul. When it comes to the women's match, a handful of major names are in contention like Bayley, Roxanne Perez, Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, and Alexa Bliss, but I would think Iyo Sky is a lock at the very least.
Naturally, we'll see some fallout from the ladder match between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens, as well as likely more advancement in Ivy Nile challenging Lyra Valkyria for the Women's Intercontinental Championship since Nile eliminated Valkyria from the Royal Rumble.
Here are your results for WWE Monday Night Raw February 3, 2025:
- Jey Uso opened the show up with a promo about his Royal Rumble win, thanking the fans for all their support. Gunther interrupted to say he's disappointed about how he could've had a great accolade to his legacy by beating someone more important at WrestleMania like John Cena, CM Punk, or Roman Reigns. If Jey chooses to challenge him, he's going to make every week leading up to WrestleMania a living hell for him. Jey reiterates that he's going to talk to Cody Rhodes as well on SmackDown, but he's walking out of WrestleMania with whatever title he chooses.
- Penta defeated Ludwig Kaiser by pinfall. After the match, Pete Dunne came out and distracted Penta enough for Kaiser to attack him from behind.
- Finn Balor was upset with Dominik Mysterio over JD McDonagh getting injured last week. Liv Morgan interrupted to say they got Balor an Elimination Chamber qualifying match.
- Charlotte Flair cut an in-ring promo about her Royal Rumble win. Rhea Ripley interrupted to say she wants Flair to challenge her, as she respects her. Flair insulted Rhea, saying she's still a kid, so Ripley now wants even more to fight Flair so she can beat that respect into her. Flair plans on going to NXT tomorrow night to scope out Giulia as well as SmackDown on Friday night to see if Tiffany Stratton impresses her.
- Backstage, Sami Zayn is happy for Jey Uso, but Karrion Kross comes over to Zayn and asks how it feels to see other people living out his dreams.
- Also backstage, Iyo Sky was jumped by Liv Morgan after having a moment with Rhea Ripley. Ripley tried to help, but got attacked as well by Raquel Rodriguez.
- The New Day defeated LWO (Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee) by pinfall with some help from Logan Paul interfering. Paul will face Mysterio in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match next week on Raw.
- TBD - Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Iyo Sky vs Liv Morgan
- TBD - Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: CM Punk vs Sami Zayn
