Tonight's episode of WWE NXT (April 21, 2026) is a special episode called WWE NXT REVENGE week 2, emanating out of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and airs at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network.

This post will be updated throughout the evening to reflect live coverage of all the important information, noteworthy things that transpire, winners for all the match results, recaps of promo/talking segments and more. Keep refreshing for the most up-to-date results!

Preview & Predictions for WWE NXT:

On tap for tonight's episode, I think we'll see Tatum Paxley drop the Women's North American Championship back to Blake Monroe in their casket match. Monroe's custom belt given to her recently by The Vanity Project seems like an expense WWE wouldn't have gone to if they hadn't planned on her having a run with it.

I don't think Myles Borne will lose the men's North American Championship to Dion Lennox, though. Lennox needs to fail so that he can be upset with Saquon Shugars and continue to tell the split of DarkState storyline.

This will be Joe Hendry's last night on NXT after being moved to the Raw roster, so I think he's losing to Keanu Carver to put him over, but if someone interferes to cost Carver, that would make a lot of sense as someone for Carver to feud with afterward.

My money's on EK Prosper winning the WWE Speed Championship, not Lexis King, and I think Zaria is going to beat Sol Ruca in their Last Woman Standing match so that she can have some more momentum heading into the NXT Women's Championship scene, as Ruca won their match at NXT Stand & Deliver. If Ruca just wins again, Zaria's going to need some serious rehab work for being booked as a loser as often as she has been over the course of this ZaRuca friendship ending, pretty much from the start.

Here are your results for WWE NXT - April 21, 2026:

  • Myles Borne retained the NXT North American Championship over Dion Lennox by pinfall.
  • Keanu Carver beat Joe Hendry by referee stoppage.
  • A vignette aired to hype up the debut of Lizzy Rain for next week.
  • Lexis King defeated EK Prosper by pinfall to win the vacated WWE Men's Speed Championship.
  • Saquon Shugars was able to convince Robert Stone to give DarkState a rematch for the title, but instead of it being Dion Lennox getting another shot, Shugars will get the opportunity.
  • The Vanity Project told Blake Monroe to text them if she needs their help, but they were heading across the street to meet a girl. It turns out that was a setup by Shiloh Hill, catfishing them to be a distraction so they wouldn't get involved in the upcoming casket match.
  • Casket Match: Tatum Paxley (c) defeated Blake Monroe to retain the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
  • Myka Lockwood and Jackson Drake left the bar to get some food (with Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes joining them), but The Vanity Project now knows that Shiloh Hill had set them up with an AI bot instead of a real girl standing Drake up.
  • Lola Vice cut a promo in the ring about her NXT Women's Championship, retaining over Jacy Jayne, and being ready for her next challengers. Izzi Dame and The Culling interrupted, and after Niko Vance momentarily distracted Vice, Dame kicked her down to pose over her with the belt. Lola later on said she knows exactly who to call to even the odds (who will likely be her boyfriend Damian Priest and his tag team partner R-Truth).
  • Shiloh Hill was attacked backstage by Ricky Saints.
  • Also backstage, Tony D'Angelo was handed a box with some writing on it that apparently was the symbol of war, revealed by Keanu Carver, who said that it wasn't he who sent it, though he did tease that he's also coming for that NXT Championship.
  • Last Woman Standing Match: Zaria defeated Sol Ruca
