We've been hearing rumblings for a while now that WWE has plans to hold its shows in front of live crowds, and it's now been confirmed that it kicks off on July 16.
Starting with SamckDown, Money in the Bank follows, as does RAW. All of these will take place in Texas, and while WWE has yet to announced the other 22 cities, it's clear now that the ThunderDome's days are numbered (which is no bad thing). Hopefully, the company can ensure this is all handled safely, but with the vaccine rolling out, the risk to fans - and talent - should be minimal.
We'll obviously keep you updated as we learn more, but here's hoping WWE has some major surprises planned. Are we foolish for banking on a CM Punk return? Almost certainly!

WWE® Returns to Live Events With 25-City Tour Beginning July 16
STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– WWE® (NYSE: WWE) will return to live event touring with a 25-city schedule through Labor Day. The tour will debut this July in Texas with a trio of shows:
– Friday, July 16: SmackDown – Toyota Center in Houston
– Sunday, July 18: Money In The Bank – Dickies Arena in Fort Worth
– Monday, July 19: Raw – American Airlines Center in Dallas
Tickets for the live events in Houston, Fort Worth and Dallas go on sale this Wednesday, May 26 at 11 am ET.
Additional tour stops and on-sale dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
