Last week, the WWE held tryouts at the Performance Center with names such as former Impact Wrestling star Robbie E in attendance, and according to sources, the leading prospect is being likened to John Cena.

WWE recently held a round of tryouts at the Performance Center in Orlando, and notable names such as former Impact Wrestling stars Robbie E and Chelsea Green were in attendance, along with former NFL players, athletes and more.

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the leading prospect at the WWE tryouts is Jacob Kasper, who some are likening to John Cena in terms of his potential.

The report lists the accolades of Kasper who wrestled at Duke University. He was a ACC champion earlier this year and placed fourth in the NCAA tournament”. Additionally, Kasper is trained in both MMA and AKA, and has been a main training partner for fighters such as Daniel Cormier, Luke Rockhold and Cain Velasquez.
