WWE Posts An Update On Shane McMahon's Condition Following His Insane Stunt At HELL IN A CELL Last Night
Smackdown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon performed another of his signature insane stunts during his match against Kevin Owens at Hell in a Cell last night, and it sounds like he be legitimately injured...
Even if you haven't watched the Hell in a Cell PPV yet, by now you'll no doubt have heard about Shane McMahon's devastatingly dangerous bump off the top of the structure.
After a spot-filled back-and-firth match, McMahon gained the upper hand and laid KO out on an announce table before climbing to the top of the cell. Unfortunately for Shane O, Sami Zayn ended up saving Owens from the elbow and McMahon crashed and burned.
The impact looked nasty and Shane was stretchered out of the arena, but at the time most fans assumed this was all a work. Well, even though that could certainly be the case, WWE's update on Shane's condition definitely suggests that he's going to be out of action for quite a while one way or the other:
SmackDown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon has been taken to a local medical facility after leaping from the top of Hell in a Cell and crashing through an announce table during his brutal Falls Count Anywhere Hell in a Cell Match against Kevin Owens. A preliminary report has determined that Shane may be dealing with multiple injuries, including neck trauma, fractured ribs and a dislocated shoulder. While nothing has been confirmed at this time, WWE.com will continue to monitor Shane’s condition.
What do you guys think? Is this legit? Sound off in the usual place.
