WWE Promises The Return Of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, And More For A RAW "Reunion" Show

During last night's Extreme Rules PPV, WWE announced the largest reunion of veteran Superstars in the company's history for next week's RAW "Reunion."

This is a pretty clear attempt to boost ratings and another sign that WWE relies on names from the past to generate interest. None of these guys actually wrestle these days so we won't see them in matches and that probably means a show which is heavy on backstage interactions and promos.

It should be a fun show in fairness, though, and it will be interesting seeing whether this is just a ratings grab or something WWE uses to set up future rivalries.

Those currently set to appear are Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Diesel, Kurt Angle, Sgt. Slaughter, Christian, Ted DiBiase, Eric Bischoff, The Boogeyman, Jimmy Hart, The Hurricane, Santino Marella, Jerry "The King" Lawler, D-Von Dudley, Booker T, and Sean Waltman.
