There was no sign of Kevin Owens on this Monday's episode of RAW but that's no great surprise considering the fact he was thrown off the top of a Steel Cage and through an announce table below at Extreme Rules 24 hours before. Now, WWE has provided a storyline injury update on Owens' status and it sounds like he's in a pretty bad way and could be kept off television for a few weeks.

Apparently, Owens sustained "multiple injuries, including bruising of the shoulder and back, bruised ribs and a neck strain." He'll reportedly be reevaluated later this week and that could mean we'll see him on next week's RAW. Regardless, his feud with the Monster Among Men does appear to be at an end so it will be very interesting seeing what's next for him on the flagship show.

He's clearly not going to be involved in the Universal Championship picture based on what happened last night so we'll have to wait and see. For now, though, share your thoughts down below.
