WWE RAW Superstar Matt Hardy Further Teases His #WOKEN Persona In New Video
On last week's RAW, Matt Hardy was defeated by Bray Wyatt and proceeded to tease his #BROKEN persona. It's since been confirmed that he will soon be #WOKEN and a new Instagram post teases that transformation.
Ever since Matt and Jeff Hardy returned to WWE, there's been speculation about them returning to the #BROKEN personas which made them such a hit in Impact Wrestling and on the independent scene. Unfortunately, that's all been tied up in legal matters but things have now changed and it appears as if Matt is finally about to become #WOKEN on Monday Night RAW.
Now, a new Instagram post has been released by WWE which continues to tease Matt's transformation and that's a plot thread we can no doubt expect to be a focal part of RAW later tonight.
It's an interesting development for Hardy but one which many fans are worrying will be botched by WWE. He definitely needs a new persona (Matt and Jeff being referred to as the Hardy "Boyz" at this stage is just ridiculous) and providing he doesn't spend the next few months feuding with Bray Wyatt, this could take off in a big way.
