WWE made a number of big releases at the start of June, though Braun Strowman being among them definitely shocked fans. However, we'd later learn that his massive $1.2 million contract was a key factor in the company's decision, and there have since been rumblings the Monster Among Men is in talks with Mark Henry about signing with AEW.

Strowman hasn't spoken negatively about WWE since his departure, while many insiders have touted the possibility he might simply be waiting for his old employers to re-sign him, albeit for less money.

That will probably still be more than he'd made in AEW or on the independent scene, and there's now a strong indication Strowman is indeed set to make his WWE return. New merchandise for the former Universal Champion has arrived on WWE Shop: a $27.99 "Monsters Are Real" t-shirt and a tank top with the same messaging for the same price.

It's a little weird WWE would release new merch for someone who is done with WWE, but now fans are back at RAW, SmackDown, and PPVs, a surprise return would be a great moment for fans.

It's possible WWE is simply looking to shift old designs they didn't get a chance to debut before Strowman left WWE, but we'll be sure to keep you updated if and when we learn more!
