Usually, backstage interviewers come and go in WWE but Renee Young's rise up the ranks has been every bit as impressive as Michael Cole's. While she had a brief stint in NXT as a commentator, Young mostly stayed behind the scenes before being named the host of Talking Smack and joining the cast of Total Divas where her marriage to WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose was explored.

Last week, she was named the first full-time female commentator on RAW and to, well, celebrate that fact, WWE has released her audition tape for the company which comes our way from 2012.

It makes for interesting viewing and it's pretty amazing to see how Young has evolved over the years. She had hosting experience before landing on RAW and SmackDown Live, of course, so her professionalism is easy to see. What do you guys think of the tape? Let us know your thoughts down below.
