WWE Releases Unseen Footage From John Cena's Return To SMACKDOWN LIVE Last Week

Following a lengthy absence from WWE, John Cena finally returned last Tuesday and is set to appear on RAW tonight as well (presumably to help boost the ratings of both shows). The leader of the Cenation's comeback didn't disappoint as he got dissed by Becky Lynch and put on a great match alongside the Irish Lass Kicker as they teamed up to take on Andrade "Cien" Almas and Zelina Vega.

Now, WWE has released "unseen" footage from last Tuesday in which we get to see highlights from Cena's WWE return. It's a cool video package and regardless of which side of those chants you're on, there's no denying that it's great to see him back in action. What the company has planned for Cena heading into WrestleMania remains to be seen but he'll likely compete in the Royal Rumble.

After all, there's no way he can challenge for the WWE or Universal Championships so this makes the most sense and WWE could very well end up putting him on the path to a 17th world title win.
