Heading into SummerSlam next week, we have no real idea how things will play out between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns when the Universal Champion defends his title against the Big Dog. However, Wrestling Observer Live's Bryan Alvarez has revealed that there are currently two plans in place, not for the ending, but for the match itself and how long it will ultimately play out for.
"Right now there are apparently two ideas for the Lesnar/Roman match," he confirmed. "One of them is a rather short match. And the other is – you guessed it – a long match. By long I mean one of the longer matches Brock has ever had since he’s been in the company. I guess they’ll decide which one is best on the day of the show." What will this mean for the outcome?
That's hard to say but Reigns is probably going to win either way, unless Braun Strowman interrupts and cashes in before it can get going, something which would be fun to see but stretches this feud out even further. For now, we'll have to wait and see but if you're expecting spoilers to leak online in the coming days, guess again because WWE is being very careful not to let anything slip out.
