WWE Reportedly Wants CM Punk To Appear On Steve Austin's BROKEN SKULL SESSIONS On WWE Network

The first episode of Stone Cold Steve Austin's new WWE Network series Broken Skull Sessions premiered on Sunday night and The Undertaker (in a rare out of character interview) was the show's first guest. We don't know who's next to appear but according to PW Insider, WWE is keen to have CM Punk interviewed by the Texas Rattlesnake.

It goes without saying that this would make headlines and bring a lot of eyes to the WWE Network while also potentially setting the stage for the one-time Best in the World to make his in-ring return.

As of right now, no one seems to know whether WWE has reached out to Punk about making an appearance and it's obviously hard to say if he'd have any interest. Of course, with Stone Cold reportedly able to wrestle again, it's hard not to fantasise about what a match between him and Punk could look like.

For the time being, Punk remains under contract with FOX so we'll have to wait and see what happens.
