WWE Reveals Jim Ross And Jerry "The King" Lawler's Role At This Sunday's WRESTLEMANIA

Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler were last seen together at RAW 25 and it's now been announced by WWE that they'll reteam at WrestleMania on Sunday. You can find more details on that after the jump...

Last year, Jim Ross made his WWE return when he called the Roman Reigns vs. The Undertaker main event at WrestleMania in Orlando. Now, it's been revealed that he'll reteam with Jerry "The King" Lawler at this year's Showcase of the Immortals to provide commentary for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal which is set to take place on the Kickoff show before the main thing kicks off.

That feels like something of a downgrade but it's a good way to make Ross (and Lawler, I guess) part of WrestleMania and actually gives fans a good reason to tune into the Kickoff show for once.

It's also been announced that WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix is going to be the guest commentator for the Women's Battle Royal. That makes sense given her involvement in the Mixed Match Challenge and the company is clearly happy with her work there. As for who will be hosting the Kickoff panel, Renee Young will be joined by Shawn Michaels and a number of other special guests.
