The WWE Universe has spoken and after winning 47% of the vote, Big E has been named as Carmella's partner in WWE's Mixed Match Challenge. The Facebook Watch tournament kicks off on January 16th and the former WWE Tag Team Champion being paired with Ms. Money in the Bank is definitely an interesting decision given the differences between the two of them.

Big E has been on the cusp of a solid main event run for a while now and both Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have said he has all the makings of a future WWE Champion. Whether his landslide victory will help WWE realise that remains to be seen but you have to hope that will be the case!

The exciting duo will look to triumph in the ground-breaking tournament on Facebook Watch, where male-female WWE Superstar pairings will attempt to win $100,000 for a charity of their choice. Each showdown in the competition will follow traditional Mixed Tag Team Match rules: When tagged, male Superstars face off with the opposing team’s male competitor and the vice versa.
