We're kicking off our latest WWE rumour roundup with an update on Solo Sikoa following his return during last Friday's SmackDown. The leader of the new Bloodline was defeated by Roman Reigns during the first RAW on Netflix, meaning he lost his Tribal Chief status.
According to WrestleVotes, original plans called for Sikoa to address the loss in the opening segment of the show. Instead, he appeared later on and stood there to a chorus of boos before walking away without saying a word.
It's unclear where The Bloodline storyline is going but it's back to feeling like it's running on fumes so it needs something big to reignite fan interest.
In other news, Jade Cargill is said to be training at the WWE Performance Center on a weekly basis and is gearing up for an in-ring return. Former TNA star Jordynne Grace has also been spotted there according to Fightful, lending weight to reports she's WWE-bound.
The biggest rumours today pertain to WrestleMania 42 and 43. The 41st edition of the Showcase of the Immortals will hail from Las Vegas but there's chatter that WrestleMania will return to New Orleans in 2026.
WrestleMania 30 was held in the New Orleans Saints' Mercedes-Benz Superdome (now known as the Caesars Superdome) and saw Daniel Bryan finally win the WWE Championship. Controversially, it was also the night Brock Lesnar broke The Undertaker's undefeated streak.
Looking even further into the future, it sounds like WrestleMania 43 could hail from Indianapolis. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
TMZ, meanwhile, is reporting that Saraya and her longtime boyfriend, "Falling in Reverse" frontman Ronnie Radke, have ended their relationship. That could explain why the AEW star has been taking some time off from the company since last November.
Finally, in another WWE-adjacent rumour - seeing as she may be looking to sign with the company - we have an update from Bryan Alvarez about what's going on with AEW star Britt Baker following reports Tony Khan is done with the former Women's Champion.
"Well, what happened is, I think that Wade Keller, on one of his shows, was talking about it. And it was one of those things where somebody wrote about what they heard him say, and then another site took that story and wrote a more dramatic headline, and then another site took that story and wrote an even more dramatic headline, and by like noon Pacific today, I was seeing these headlines, Britt Baker is done with AEW, Tony Khan will no longer use her. And I was like, 'What is happening here?'"
"So, if you talk to a lot of people in AEW, obviously Britt Baker is polarizing. There are people that don’t like Britt. The idea that nobody in the locker room likes Britt is absolutely not true. I talked to a lot of people today, and at the end of the day, she’s not being used right now, and most people don’t know why. Ultimately, it’s Tony’s decision whether she’s gonna be used or not. And nobody I talk to, and it’s a lot of people that talk to Tony. I mean, nobody said she’s not coming back. It’s not like she’s never going to be used again. Her contract goes for quite a while. It’s just she’s not being used right now, and that’s what the story is."
