Tesuya Naito is arguably the most popular wrestler in NJPW at the moment, and that means WWE is almost certainly going to have their sights on him.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, the company is interested in signing Naito and two other top New Japan stars, although he doesn't name the others. "The other two that we’re aware of didn’t turn the offers down without thought," he revealed. "Although one would be a huge surprise and the other would be a great worker who I didn’t see flourishing in the WWE system."

Naito would no doubt prove to be a massive acquisition for WWE, but Vince and co. could well be barking up the wrong tree. It was recently revealed that the promotion previously made an offer to the leader of Los Ingobernables de Japon after his awesome match against Chris Jericho at Dominion, and he turned them down.
