WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss Responds To Fans Critical Of Her Current Therapist Storyline On RAW

Alexa Bliss is one of WWE's most popular Superstars, but many fans have been critical of the current creative direction her character has been taken in. Now, she's taken to social media to respond to that...

Alexa Bliss' supernatural gimmick may have proven itself moderately entertaining during the ThunderDome era, but it quickly became apparent it wasn't going to work with live fans.

Bliss was pulled from television following a loss to Charlotte Flair at Extreme Rules, but recently returned to RAW for therapy sessions with a psychiatrist. She's still in her Fiend-like persona, though the hope among fans is that Bliss will eventually return to the Monday night show as a pro wrestler rather than a creepy little girl in a grown woman's body.

The response to the storyline hasn't been overly positive (especially with the Royal Rumble fast approaching), but the former Women's Champion has now taken to Twitter to respond.

"Sometimes you need to just be patient & see how things play out..." she says in the Tweet below.

This has become the norm with WWE, but fans have reached a point where they're losing faith in much of what the company does. Hopefully, WWE sticks the landing with Bliss' in-ring return as she really should be somewhere near the top of the card heading into this year's WrestleMania
