WWE Superstar John Cena Opens Up About His Recent Split With Former Fiance Nikki Bella
John Cena has begun to speak a little more openly about his recent breakup with Nikki Bella, who he was in a 6-year relationship with and was due to marry this May. Find out what he had to say after the jump.
We recently brought you the news that Nikki Bella had decided to end her 6-year relationship with John Cena, and now the former WWE Champion has begun to speak about the split.
While he doesn't go into specifics, Cena admitted that he's having a tough time of things while chatting to TMZ:
“I love Nicole with all my heart and the split’s tough. It’s a tough time but that’s life. We all go through highs and we all go through lows. I’m gonna get through it. I love her. I’ll always love her. The fact that my heart hurts for her … I know I was in love. So, I’ll always have that.”
Though neither party has revealed exactly why Nikki ended things, the general consensus seems to be that it's because Cena didn't want to have kids and Bella felt she was wasting her time.
At any rate, we're probably going to find out at some point because the pair actually filmed the breakup for Total Bellas!
