WWE Wrote Ricochet Off Television In The Most BRUTAL Way Possible During Last Night's RAW

In recent days, we've heard a lot about Ricochet leaving WWE. Ahead of last night's RAW, it was widely reported that the show would be his last and, if that is the case, then he's been written off television in the most brutal way possible.

It started with Bron Breakker and Ilja Dragunov squaring off in a competitive, hard-hitting match. Ultimately, it took Breakker three spears to pick up the win, only to be stopped by Ricochet when he set out to deliver a fourth through the barricade at ringside.

We later saw Ricochet helping Dragunov through the backstage area, only for Breakker to attack!

He slammed the former Speed Champion head-first into a production truck and proceeded to powerslam him from the steps of a truck through a nearby car windshield. With that, Ricochet was carted off in an ambulance alongside real-life fiancee Samantha Irvine.

This exit set the stage for Ricochet to eventually seek revenge against Breakker and, earlier in the show, he even talked with Dragunov about wrestling him again.

However, while it's still possible he'll sign a new WWE contract, all signs point to him leaving the company and likely heading to AEW.

"He can very easily be put in the shadow of people because Ricochet is a good guy," WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry recently said of Ricochet's in-ring future. "He's very professional, and he also don't like confrontation and making waves."

"The squeaky wheel, he is not the squeaky wheel, and if there was ever a case for him to be one, I could point out about three times that he should have said, 'No, I'm not f**king losing to him. If he can beat me up, then, yeah, but no. I've been doing business and you're all going to kill me off.' I would have told them, 'You're going to kill me off.'"

He'd go on to argue that WWE has hurt Ricochet with constant losses, a sentiment we'd imagine the soon-to-be former WWE Superstar agrees with.

I wish him the best wherever he lands. He'd be great in AEW, but even better in a smaller org where he can really shine.
