WWE's New "Wild Card" Rule Is Also Set To Have An Impact On Future Non-Televised Live Events

In a bid to tackle declining ratings, WWE has created a new "Wild Card" rule which will allow RAW Superstars to appear on SmackDown Live and vice versa. Now, we've learned that will continue at live events.

Vince McMahon promised that changes would be made to WWE non-televised live events moving forward and it appears as if the "Wild Card" rule could be what he was referring to. RAW Superstar Drew McIntyre is being advertised for several upcoming SmackDown Live events and will actually miss the June 3rd and June 10th editions of RAW as a result.

These are the shows that McIntyre has been added to which will primarily feature Superstars from the blue brand:

- Saturday, June 1 in Waco, TX
- Sunday, June 2 in College Station, TX
- Monday, June 3 in Corpus Christie, TX
- Sunday, June 9 in Stockton, CA
- Monday, June 10 in Reno, NV

The June 3rd RAW is actually the final episode before Saudi Arabia's Super ShowDown but the Scottish Psychopath isn't booked for a match and will presumably work the 50-Man Battle Royal or somehow get involved with Roman Reigns' match with Shane McMahon.

As always, we'll keep you guys updated if we learn more!
