This past Monday on RAW, The Authors of Pain made their official main roster debut by answering Heath Slater’s challenge and then defeating him and Rhyno in a quick squash. It seemed that AOP and their manager Paul Ellering were all staying on the main roster until the former NXT Tag Team champions left Ellering behind once their match was done.

There was speculation that Ellering wasn't staying on as a manager due to the increased travel schedule on the main roster. However, it seems that it may have been Vince McMahon’s decision to separate them as it's well known that the WWE owner hates managers.

Ellering has now addressed the situation over Twitter.
