Zilla Fatu is the son of Umaga and cousin of Jacob Fatu, The Usos, and Solo Sikoa. He's been a rising star on the independent scene for a while now and is widely believed to be the next member of the legendary Anoa'i family who will sign with WWE.
At the GLCW Blizzard Brawl which took place in Waukesha, Wisconsin over the weekend, Fatu battled Joey Avalon and was flanked by Armando Estrada, the manager of his late father, who recently signed a WWE Legends contract.
Following his win, Fatu called out Solo after the match in a clip that's since gone viral on social media.
We don't know whether he was just having fun or teasing something more, but Fatu recently told Busted Open Radio that if he were to join WWE, then it would hopefully be as a member of Roman Reigns' OG Bloodline.
"That’s the question of the year. I’m gonna have to go with, I’ll break it down why I have to go with him, but I’m gonna have to go with Team OTC, baby. Roman Reigns."
"Right now, everybody knows me and Jacob teamed up on the indies before he got signed. Ever since Jacob got signed, he’s been acting crazy. That’s not the Jacob I know. He’s been acting crazy."
"Then you have Solo, I’ve been beefing with him since I was eight years old. I gave him his first Rock Bottom in the pool at his dad’s house. For him to take my dad’s move, I don’t like that."
"I’m gonna go with the OTC. I’m gonna help Roman Reigns. Whatever he needs, I’m there."
We'll see what happens, but The Bloodline story is showing no signs of slowing down. During Friday night's SmackDown, Solo made it clear that his faction's loss at Survivor Series: WarGames doesn't mean they're going anywhere.
Solo, Jacob, and Tama Tonga laid waste to Apollo Crews, LA Knight, and Andrade. However, we'd imagine this potential six-man feud will be used to bridge the gap between now and what feels like an inevitable singles match between Reigns and Sikoa at the Royal Rumble PLE next February.
As always, keep checking back here for updates on everything Bloodline-related as we have it.
