Zombies Surrounded The Ring For The Miz Vs. Damien Priest At WWE BACKLASH... And Ate Miz After The Match

Yeah, that... that's a thing that happened. Actual zombies served as lumberjacks for The Miz vs. Damien Priest at WrestleMania Backlash tonight, and appeared to devour the former after the match...

WWE's WrestleMania Backlash PPV is currently underway, and some zombies made an appearance to promote Netflix's upcoming Army of the Dead.

Yes, the undead are now canon in WWE.

We first got a glimpse of the zombies when John Morrison went to have a word with the lumberjacks ahead of The Miz's match with Damien Priest (why they'd have their own locker room is a whole other thing), and the shambling gouls made their way to ringside as the bout was set to get underway.

The Archer of Infamy was able to overcome the constant distractions and hit his Broken Arrow to win the match, but The Miz and Morrison were left at the mercy of the zombies, and were seemingly... eaten?

Jim Cornette is probably having an aneurysm right now, but are zombies really that big a stretch after all the supernatural shit with The Fiend and Alexa Bliss? It was very silly, of course, but if The Miz and Morrison return as zombies on Raw tomorrow it'll all have been worth it.
