This Saturday's episode of AEW Collision will be taped in advance tomorrow night (October 2, 2025) at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida and will air at a special start time of 7 p.m. ET on October 4th.

So far, only two matches have been advertised for Collision in advance. Kevin Knight will be facing "a member of FTR" (not specifying who between Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, or possibly even Stokely Hathaway, technically) to piggyback off the confrontation between The Jet, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, and Willow Nightingale and FTR from last week. Eddie Kingston will be in action against LFI's Dralistico.

Keep in mind that on top of Collision having a different start time, AEW Dynamite next week will be airing on Tuesday night instead of its usual Wednesday time slot. It will still be at 8 p.m. ET per usual, but will be going head-to-head opposite WWE's TNA vs NXT Showdown special. This special episode of Dynamite is dubbed both "Title Tuesday" as well as the annual "Homecoming" special as it will take place in Jacksonville, Florida at Daily's Place.

Since that is a venue Mercedes Mone has yet to wrestle inside, she wants to defend her AEW TBS Championship. Her opponent has not yet been announced, but she has said that she wants to face someone "local" in Florida. She also turned down Harley Cameron's request to form a tag team to go after the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship.

The Hurt Syndicate will have a No Disqualification Street Fight trios match against The Demand, as MVP cut a promo about how he lost the match for his team at All Out and may have lost a step wrestling, but he can certainly still fight better than Ricochet and GOA.

Brodido has also been challenged to a match by Don Callis, setting up Konosuke Takeshita and Kazuchika Okada to be paired off. It hasn't been specified if this will be for the AEW World Tag Team Championship or if those belts won't be on the line.

Coming up in just a few weeks will be AEW WrestleDream, which has also added two more matches to its lineup.

Tonight, "Hangman" Adam Page and Samoa Joe got into an argument, leading to Page wanting to put his belt on the line to prove himself by beating Joe, who called him out for having never beaten him. Likewise, "Timeless" Toni Storm doesn't know who she is without the women's world title, so she wants a one-on-one rematch with Kris Statlander, who accepted the challenge.
