The first match featuring Death Triangle, PAC, Pentagon Jr, and Rey Fenix, has been made official.
The newly formed trio will take on the team of Private Party and Joey Janela on the March 11 episode of Dynamite. Back at Revolution, The Lucha Brothers surprised many when they interfered in the PAC vs. Orange Cassidy match. The former Impact World Tag Team Champions would help ‘The Bastard’ get the victory.
Last week, the duo assisted in the beatdown of Best Friends (Chuck Taylor, Trent, and Orange Cassidy) and confirmed their alliance with the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion. While an explanation was never given for why the three men decided to form a faction, it was indicated that PAC, Fenix, and Pentagon Jr. were fed up with the way they were being treated in AEW.
This will be the group’s first bout together. Death Triangle vs. Private Party and Joey Janela will join a singles match between Cody Rhodes and Ortiz, and a six-man tag team match between Jurassic Express and MJF, The Blade, and The Butcher on the show’s line-up.
