Welcome to the full results page for this week's episode of AEW Dark for April 7, 2020! This week, there was only one match that took place on the show, which was only 20 minutes long. This is no doubt a means for AEW to stretch out the material previously recorded for as many weeks as possible, which is fully understandable.
The match that took place was Shawn Spears against Billy Gunn (with his son, Austin Gunn, ringside in his corner). Spears came out with the victory by pinfall.
AEW then previewed some of the matches set to take place on tomorrow night's episode of Dynamite, which were as follows:
- Lance Archer vs. Colt Cabana in a round 1 quarter final match for the AEW TNT Championship tournament.
- Dr. Britt Baker in action.
- Kip Sabian (with Penelope Ford) against Chuck Taylor (with Orange Cassidy)
- Sammy Guevara in action.
- Jon Moxley against Jake Hager in an Empty Arena No Holds Barred match for the AEW World Championship (which will also feature Jim Ross on the commentary team)
