The latest edition of AEW Dynamite for October 14, 2020 took place at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler with Tully Blanchard) defeated Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) by pinfall to retain the titles.

— "The Best Man" Miro and Kip Sabian (with Penelope Ford) defeated Lee Johnson and Sean Maluta by submission.

— MJF and Chris Jericho once again teased the idea of MJF joining The Inner Circle. They will have a steak dinner next week.

— AEW TNT Championship Match: Cody vs Orange Cassidy fought to a draw via time limit, so Cody retains the title.

— Sammy Guevara promised to put Matt Hardy back in the hospital.

— The Young Bucks attacked Private Party, Dark Order's John Silver and Alex Reynolds, and The Butcher and The Blade backstage. All four teams will fight in a No. 1 Contender's Match next week to determine who faces FTR at Full Gear for the tag titles.

— AEW Women's World Championship Match: Hikaru Shida defeated Big Swole by pinfall to retain the title.

— AEW World Championship Match: Jon Moxley defeated "The Murderhawk Monster" Lance Archer (with Jake Roberts) by pinfall to retain the title. After the match, Eddie Kingston and The Lucha Bros helped Moxley fight off Lance Archer, but Kingston then attacked Moxley anyway.
