On tap for tonight's episode, MJF defends the AEW World Championship against Kenny Omega, with Omega banned from ever challenging for the title again if he loses. Konosuke Takeshita also defends the AEW International Championship against Kyle Fletcher, a Women's Casino Gauntlet match will determine the next challenger to AEW Women's World Champion Thekla at Redemption, and Chris Jericho faces Tommaso Ciampa.
I do not think Omega is falling victim to the same stipulation. He'll win the title from MJF here, or they'll have him win the match by disqualification or count-out so that they can do a rematch at Redemption to crown him as champion in Canada instead. Either way, he's not losing.
I'm torn on Takeshita retaining versus Fletcher winning the international title. I think it's a little early to take it off Takeshita, but it's not like short runs don't happen. I'll say Takeshita retains, but I'm not confident in that.
Nor am I confident in the Women's Casino Gauntlet match prediction, but I'll say Thekla could drop the title to Willow Nightingale at Redemption if she's ready to come back, and her surprise participation and win here could be how they set that up. Mercedes Mone is still firmly a heel in my book, so for her to face Thekla is a bit odd, even though it's not like that can't be done.
Jericho beats Tommaso Ciampa, though. That feels fairly certain if this is the end of this feud. If it's going to continue, then they'll probably default to Ciampa winning.

- Kenny Omega was interviewed about his title match tonight, reiterating the importance of proving he can still go and the severity of the stipulation that if he loses, he'll never fight for that belt again and what that means for wrapping up his career, essentially.
- Tommaso Ciampa defeated Chris Jericho
- The Brawling Birds were spotlighted in a vignette.
- Backstage, MJF interrupted an interview Will Ospreay was having with Renee Paquette. After they talked trash, MJF spit in Ospreay's face, provoking a fight until they were separated by security.
- Singles Match for the AEW International Championship: Kyle Fletcher defeated Konosuke Takeshita (c) by pinfall to win the title! After the match and a commercial break, Fletcher was interviewed by Mick Foley. Fletcher clarified that Takeshita was never his friend, but was just riding his coattails as part of Protoshita. Foley threatened to put his foot up the ass of Don Callis, but it seems as though there's already in-fighting between Fletcher and "The Jet" Kevin Knight as well, with Knight interrupting the segment to say it took Fletcher long enough and to steal the moment to talk about how he's coming for the world title as well. They were then interrupted as well by Andrade El Idolo, former Don Callis Family member. Callis said that if he can beat Jake Doyle next week, then he'll get a shot at Mark Davis and the AEW National Championship. Brian Cage, Kevin Knight, Jake Doyle, and Mark Davis went after Andrade, only to be set up with a trap where Darby Allin was waiting for them. A light fixture exploded (because of Andrade and/or a booby-trapped skateboard...not sure why this is a thing happening lately) and as the fight was still going on, they just switched to the commentary team to move on with the show.
- The Death Riders (Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley) defeated The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake) by pinfall.
- Willow Nightingale won the Women's Casino Gauntlet Match to earn an AEW Women's World Championship match at AEW Redemption by pinning Julia Hart. After the match, Thekla went after Willow, as did Mercedes Mone, while The Divine Dominion took out Hart and Skye Blue, ending the segment with Mone posing in the ring with the Owen Hart Foundation belt over both Thekla and Willow while Megan Bayne and Lena Kross stood tall over The Sisters of Sin.
- Singles Match for the AEW World Championship [If Omega loses, he can never challenge for the title again]: Kenny Omega defeated MJF (c) by pinfall to win the title!
