Tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite (August 12, 2026) emanates from The Pearl Theater at the Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada and will air starting at 8 p.m. ET on TBS and HBO Max.

It's Wednesday, and you know what that means - results, match winners, promo segment notes and other major developments from All Elite Wrestling will be added below as Dynamite airs.

Preview & Predictions for AEW Dynamite:

On tap for tonight's episode, Kevin Knight defends the TNT Championship against Chris Jericho; MJF, Nick Wayne and "Speedball" Mike Bailey compete for the No. 2 entry in the All In Casino Gauntlet Match; "Jungle" Jack Perry faces AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley in the first round of the AEW Continental Challenge Cup; and Jay White battles David Finlay in another first-round tournament match.

Considering the heat between Andrade El Idolo and MJF, I don't see any real justification for Nick Wayne or Speedball to win the #2 entry spot.

As the tournament for the AEW Continental Challenge Cup is a randomized bracket, it's harder to tell who moves on to fight who, but my ultimate prediction is that we're looking at Jon Moxley against Jay White in the finals, which means both Moxley beats Jack Perry tonight and White eliminates David Finlay from the running as well.

Kevin Knight beating Chris Jericho is a given. Why would Jericho win the TNT Championship? Why would Knight drop the belt just prior to All In, where he'll likely have a match against Darby Allin, as that's what has been set up? Stranger things have happened, but I can't imagine this is one of those cases where the belt is going to switch hands to completely offset a storyline and all for really nothing. My guess is Jericho just wants to put Knight over and work with him in the meantime, or Tony Khan sees a win over Jericho being a big tip of the cap to Knight's momentum.
