Tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite (August 19, 2026) emanates from Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, Maryland and will air starting at 8 p.m. ET on TBS and HBO Max.

On tap for tonight's episode, Maya World defends the TBS Championship against Persephone, Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander in a four-way match; Will Ospreay teams with United Empire's HENARE and Francesco Akira against Don Callis Family members Brian Cage, Rocky Romero and Lance Archer; AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks face Don Callis Family members Mark Davis, El Clon and Jake Doyle; and Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay sit down with Renee Paquette ahead of their AEW World Championship match at All In: London.

Not much to say about the promo segment. They'll talk about their respect for each other, their friendship, and how passionate they are about how they need to win this match at All In.

Let's go with Will Ospreay's crew winning the trios match since the three from The Don Callis Family are all people who can eat pins. The same for Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks beating Mark Davis, El Clon and Jake Doyle.

I do'nt think the AEW TBS Championship is going to change hands. Maya World just won the belt a few weeks ago. Maybe Shida takes the pin and this is the end of that feud, but Persephone and Kris Statlander continue their feud for just a little while longer, or maybe that feud ends here as well and all parties just move on from each other after this.

Here are your results for AEW Dynamite - August 19, 2026:

• Trios Match: Will Ospreay, HENARE and Francesco Akira defeated Brian Cage, Rocky Romero and Lance Archer by pinfall when Ospreay hit Romero with the Hidden Blade. Ospreay celebrated with his United Empire teammates after the match.
• Kazuchika Okada said that the most important thing is that the AEW International Championship remains within The Don Callis Family at All In: London. Okada said he would be happy for Kyle Fletcher if Fletcher retains, but if Okada wins the title, he expects Fletcher to raise his hand and be happy for him in return.
• Tony Schiavone interviewed Kyle Fletcher in the ring about Okada's comments. Fletcher called his run the greatest AEW International Championship reign of all time and said he trusts Don Callis' plan for the three-way match. Fletcher said Okada needs to know his role and help ensure Fletcher retains, before mocking Konosuke Takeshita for his G1 Climax loss. Takeshita then returned and attacked Fletcher, eventually hitting the Power Drive Knee and Raging Fire before standing over him with the International Championship while commentary questioned why Okada had not come to Fletcher's aid.
• Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay sat down with Renee Paquette to discuss their history ahead of their AEW World Championship match at All In: London. They revisited their early meeting in PWG, their time in NJPW and their matches at Wrestle Kingdom and Forbidden Door. Omega argued that Ospreay needed him to help draw attention to NJPW and later needed Don Callis' interference to defeat him, while Ospreay admitted that the circumstances surrounding that victory have bothered him ever since. Omega also questioned whether Ospreay is truly back to his best following neck surgery, while Ospreay said he needs to finally surpass Omega on his own and become world champion in England. Things became considerably more personal when Omega brought up Ospreay's family and suggested his son may need a new hero after watching his father lose at Wembley, causing Ospreay to become furious before security intervened.
• Four-Way Match for the TBS Championship: Maya World (c) defeated Persephone, Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander by pinfall to retain the title when World countered Statlander's Wednesday Night Fever into a roll-up.
• Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor addressed Divine Dominion ahead of their AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship match at All In. The Brawling Birds said they saw fear in their opponents when the teams fought the previous week and challenged Divine Dominion to bring everything they have at Wembley because anything the champions dish out will be returned even harder.
• AEW Continental Challenge Cup Quarterfinal Match: Jon Moxley defeated Jay White by referee stoppage with the Bulldog Choke. White had previously hit the Blade Runner, but Moxley rolled to the floor before he could capitalize. Moxley later hit the Death Rider and immediately trapped White in the choke until he passed out. The Dogs attacked White afterward. Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong attempted to help, but the returning Gabe Kidd joined David Finlay and Clark Connors to overwhelm them. AEW World Trios Champions Hangman Page and Brodido eventually ran The Dogs off. Ricochet, Gates of Agony and Lethal Twist then appeared on the stage as Page issued an open challenge to any trio willing to face the champions at All In: London.
• Renee Paquette interviewed Maya World following her successful TBS Championship defense. AEW Women's World Champion Willow Nightingale interrupted to remind World that she had previously promised her the first championship opportunity if Willow defeated Thekla. Willow announced that she will defend the AEW Women's World Championship against Maya World this Saturday on Collision. World pointed out that if she wins, it could be her rather than Willow defending the title against Mercedes Mone at All In.
• MJF's personal Spanish translator Jonathan Cruz came to the ring with a message insulting Andrade El Idolo on behalf of the self-proclaimed "One True Champion." Cruz added some insults of his own and claimed Andrade was not even in Baltimore, only for Andrade to appear with a referee.
• Andrade El Idolo defeated Jonathan Cruz by pinfall with The DM. Andrade called out MJF afterward, but Friedman appeared remotely from his home and continued to mock Andrade ahead of the Casino Gauntlet Match at All In. Andrade responded by hitting Cruz with another DM and promised to come after MJF.
• Renee Paquette conducted a split-location interview with AEW Women's World Champion Willow Nightingale and Mercedes Mone ahead of their All In title match. Mercedes said her attack the previous week apparently had not been severe enough since Willow was still smiling. Willow said Mercedes could never take that smile or the championship away from her and argued that her genuine connection with the fans is something no amount of money or star power can buy. The argument escalated until Willow went looking for Mercedes backstage, leading to a brawl that spilled toward ringside before referees and security separated them.
• Prince Nana and Swerve Strickland responded to Hangman Page and Brodido's open challenge for the AEW World Trios Championship at All In. Swerve focused on Page saying that "anyone" could challenge them and warned him not to make an offer like that unless he means it.
• AEW Continental Challenge Cup Quarterfinal Match: Nigel McGuinness defeated Hechicero by referee stoppage with a guillotine choke and bodyscissors. Hechicero repeatedly targeted McGuinness' injured ankle, but McGuinness eventually caught him in the submission and rendered him unconscious. McGuinness advanced to the semifinals alongside Jon Moxley.
• A video package aired for Darby Allin and TNT Champion Kevin Knight's Falls Count Anywhere Match at All In, with Steven Borden also appearing.
• Kevin Knight then called Darby Allin to the ring and demanded that security check him for weapons. As Allin approached, he was caught by a pyrotechnics trap and went down holding his face. Knight attacked the injured Allin with the TNT Championship and then drove a steel chair into his face with a coast-to-coast dropkick. Steven Borden came out as Allin was placed on a stretcher and taken toward an ambulance. Knight returned to taunt them and warned Borden to stay out of his business, but Allin stopped Borden from going after him.
• Before the main event, Will Ospreay confronted Kenny Omega about bringing his son into their earlier interview. Ospreay warned Omega not to get hurt in the upcoming match.
• Trios Match: Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) defeated Mark Davis, El Clon and Jake Doyle by pinfall when Omega hit Doyle with the One-Winged Angel. More members of The Don Callis Family attacked The Elite after the bell until Cope and Christian Cage made the save. During the chaos, The Young Bucks accidentally superkicked Christian Cage, causing an argument between the two teams as their brawl with The Don Callis Family moved backstage. Kenny Omega remained in the ring afterward, where Will Ospreay confronted him again and demanded that he address what he had said about his family. Omega instead called for security to remove Ospreay and continued insulting him until Ospreay charged the ring. Security briefly separated them, but Omega took advantage by hitting Ospreay with a V-Trigger. Omega then dragged Ospreay onto a table at ringside and drove him through it with a One-Winged Angel, standing over his All In challenger to end the show.
