Preview & Predictions for AEW Dynamite:
On tap for tonight's episode, it hasn't been confirmed yet whether or not The Young Bucks will be in any particular match, but they did talk about coming back and putting the tag team division on notice, so I'd expect something to happen there.
We do know that MJF is going to have an eliminator match against Brody King, wherein if King is victorious, he'll earn a title opportunity for the AEW World Championship at Grand Slam Australia. I'd naturally expect King will win this to set that up.
As far as who is fighting for that belt at the next pay-per-view, AEW Revolution, that will be the winner of a match between Andrade El Idolo and Kenny Omega, which is part of the contenders's series that has been going on as of late. Meanwhile, "Hangman" Adam Page will undoubtedly beat Mark Davis of The Don Callis Family.
Ricochet will defend the AEW National Championship against Jack Perry. I don't anticipate a title change there.
The group of Megan Bayne, Penelope Ford, and The Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Skye Blue and Julia Hart) put out a message that they will not stop coming after Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, and Harley Cameron, but at the time of this publication, nothing has firmly been announced for how those two groups will clash on this show.
AEW Collision will also be taped after this, so stay on the lookout for matches and setups that are announced for that show coming out of Dynamite.
Here are your results for AEW Dynamite - February 4, 2026:
- The show opened with around a dozen people saying what they're going to do on this episode.
- The Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita, El Clon and Josh Alexander) defeated The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Daniel Garcia, and PAC) by pinfall as Takeshita pinned Garcia.
- Swerve Strickland is still focused on regaining the world title, even though he's out of the mix right now.
- Orange Cassidy and "Timeless" Toni Storm defeated Jordan Oasis and Brittnie Brooks by pinfall. After the amtch, Cassidy said he likes his hair and he doesn't know if the stipulation for the match at Grand Slam Australia against Wheeler Yuta is a good idea.
- Earlier today, Darby Allin was attacked by Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors.
- "Hangman" Adam Page defeated Mark Davis by pinfall. After the match, Page said he's going to win the #1 contendership next week and then get back the title he never lost, as well as stomp out any future children MJF could have.
- Kevin Knight was spotlighted in a video package.
- Andrade El Idolo defeated Kenny Omega by pinfall. Swerve Strickland tried to help out, but failed to offset the benefits of Don Callis throwing in a screwdriver to be used. Omega was mad at Strickland after the match for getting involved and they had to be broken up by security.
- Kris Statlander is going to reveal the stipulation for her match with Thekla on Collision instead of revealing it now.
- Eliminator Match for an AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship Title Shot: MegaBad (Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford) defeated The Babes of Wrath (c - Harley Cameron & Willow Nightingale)
- AEW National Championship Match: Ricochet (c) defeated Jungle Jack Perry
- Footage was shown with Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors dragging Darby Allin (who was in a bodybag) in a car onto a dirt road in seemingly the middle of nowhere.
- Eliminator Match for an AEW World Championship Title Shot at Grand Slam Australia: Brody King defeated MJF (c) by pinfall. As the match started, Adam Page came out for a distraction, which King capitalized on to score a quick victory. Andrade went on the attack after the match, followed by Page fighting with him, MJF low-blowing Page, and King taking out MJF to pose with the title to end the show, making it official that King will face MJF at Grand Slam Australia.
