The latest edition of AEW Dynamite for April 1, 2020 took place at the Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— Kenny Omega defeated Trent by pinfall.

— Hikaru Shida defeated Anna Jayy by pinfall.

— A video promo from Jon Moxley aired with him speaking about how he sought out Jake Hager as he knew The Inner Circle wasn't done with him. Hager also said that he's in AEW to win, not to make fans happy.

— In his debut match for AEW, Lance Archer defeated Marko Stunt by pinfall.

— In another skit, The Exalted One Brodie Lee flipped out at someone for getting his name wrong and another member of The Dark Order for yawning, as that shows weakness.

— The Natural Nightmares (QT Marshall and Dustin Rhodes accompanied by Brandi Rhodes) defeated 8 & 9 of The Dark Order by pinfall. The Exalted One then powerbombed one of them (8 or 9) after the match as punishment for losing.

— Sammy Guevara and Shawn Spears defeated Cody and Darby Allin by pinfall.
