The latest edition of AEW Dynamite for May 13, 2020 took place at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— The show started with a promo by Jake Roberts about how he won't apologize to Brandi Rhodes. Cody drove his truck into the arena and attacked Lance Archer, who retreated alongside Roberts.

— Jurassic Express (Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy) defeated Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) by pinfall. Rey Fenix attacked Orange Cassidy during the match and Wardlow attacked Marko Stunt afterward.

— Hikaru Shida defeated Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. along with Kris Statlander and Penelope Ford by pinfall in a four-way match. Post-match, Baker put the Lockjaw on Statlander.

— Kenny Omega and Matt Hardy defeated Proud-N-Powerful (Santana and Ortiz of The Inner Circle) by pinfall.

— Tazz interviewed Darby Allin again about his loss in the TNT Championship tournament. Allin said he ranked third in Idaho, so he doesn't need any help from Tazz about wrestling.

— Backstage, Nyla Rose hit Hikaru Shida in the head with a kendo stick.

— MFJ defeated Lee Johnson by submission and then cut a promo about how he should have a warm-up match against Marko Stunt next week to prepare for his match against Jungle Boy and get rid of ring rust.

— Chris Jericho defeated Pineapple Pete by pinfall. Jericho then announced a Stadium Stampede match for Double or Nothing, which Vanguard-1 accepted on behalf of The Elite. Jericho then destroyed Vanguard-1 with a bat named Floyd.

— Mike Tyson will present the TNT Championship to the winner at Double or Nothing.

— Brodie Lee defeated Christopher Daniels by pinfall. Jon Moxley tried to get back the AEW World Championship, but the numbers game kept him too busy and Lee escaped with the belt again.
