The latest edition of AEW Dynamite for October 7, 2020 took place at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

FTW Championship Match: Brian Cage defeated Will Hobbs by pinfall to retain the title. After the match, Taz offered Will Hobbs a spot on Team Taz. Darby Allin came out to run off Brian Cage and Ricky Starks.

— AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) defeated The Hybrid 2 (Angelico and Jack Evans) by pinfall to retain the titles.

— Dog Collar Match for the AEW TNT Championship: "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes defeated "The Exalted One" of Dark Order, Mr. Brodie Lee (c) by pinfall to win the title.

— Big Swole defeated Serena Deeb by pinfall

— The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho and Jake Hager) defeated Chaos Project (Serpentico and Luther) by pinfall

— Next week, FTR will face Best Friends for the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Cody will defend the TNT Championship against Orange Cassidy and Jon Moxley will put the AEW World Championship on the line against "The Murderhawk Monster" Lance Archer.
