Preview & Predictions for AEW Dynamite:
On tap for tonight's episode, there will be two more bouts in this year's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament with Will Ospreay and Alex Windsor hoping their spouse will advance in the bracket. Ospreay will assuredly do that, as he's up against Mark Davis. Despite them being former tag team partners and Davis currently holding the AEW National Championship, Ospreay is the safe bet to win the whole tournament, not Davis. It would be a massive shocker if Davis were to score the upset. Regarding Windsor, she was originally scheduled to face Willow Nightingale at AEW Double or Nothing, but Nightingale was pulled from the tournament due to injury and this match was postponed, now will a "wild card" filling in for Willow. We don't know who that wild card is, and it could be anyone from a returning Mercedes Mone to someone on the roster waiting in the wings like Kamille or Queen Aminata, or possibly even Windsor's fellow Brawling Birds tag team partner Jamie Hayter. My guess is it will be Dani Luna in a surprise appearance, with Windsor scoring the win.
But while I don't think The Brawling Birds are going to fight, there is another tag team that will battle it out as JetSpeed is no more. "Speedball" Mike Bailey will absolutely fail in his bid to dethrone his former partner Kevin Knight of his TNT Championship, as Knight is just being focused on too much right now to take that loss.
Speaking of a title not changing hands, there's no way MJF loses the AEW World Championship to RUSH. Bet the house on that one.
