Tonight's special episode of AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam France (October 6, 2026) emanates from Adidas Arena in Paris, France and will air starting at 8 p.m. ET on TBS and HBO Max.
It's Tuesday (not Wednesday), and you know what that means - results, match winners, promo segment notes and other major developments from All Elite Wrestling will be added below as Dynamite airs. This week's Dynamite moves from Wednesday to Tuesday due to Major League Baseball playoff coverage and is being taped in Paris alongside the October 10 edition of Collision.
Preview & Predictions for AEW Dynamite Grand Slam France:
On tap for tonight's historic first AEW event in France, AEW World Champion Will Ospreay defends against AEW International Champion Kazuchika Okada; AEW Women's World Champion Mercedes Mone defends against Queen Aminata; TNT Champion Darby Allin defends against Kyle Fletcher; ROH World Champion Bandido defends against Kofi; Samoa Joe faces Jungle Jack Perry in a Clockwork Carnage qualifying match; and Chris Jericho battles Nick Wayne.
Obviously, last week's episode being a tribute to PAC meant that storylines were on a hiatus. There isn't much time before AEW WrestleDream, though, so tonight's episode is going to have to do some heavy lifting to push some of the remaining matches and builds forward. I'd expect to see less "pointless match for the sake of some good action" material and a more targeted strategy toward the storylines.
With that in mind, they're still just going with some pretty random things like Ospreay defending the world title against Okada. Why is that not happening at WrestleDream? Weird, but I could see that being a time limit draw to have the same match again at the pay-per-view, maybe. If not, Ospreay retains. Mercedes Mone definitely retains over Queen Aminata, and I don't think Bandido is dropping the ROH world title to Kofi.
I do, however, think there's a chance Kyle Fletcher wins the TNT title from Darby Allin.
I'll go with Nick Wayne beating Chris Jericho and Jack Perry scoring an upset over Samoa Joe to qualify for the Clockwork Carnage match.
