Preview & Predictions for AEW Revolution 2026:
On tap for tonight's event, the big thing above all else is the Texas Death Match. It's hard for me to imagine Tony Khan is going to yet again force one of his top acts to never fight for the world title ever again, but the stipulation being there in the first place could very well be exactly why they're doing it. Right now, I'm leaning toward MJF winning, as much as it doesn't make sense to me to do that.
Ricochet retains the National Championship. Frankly, I think all titles are going to be retained other than for Willow Nightingale to be so hindered from her previous TBS Championship match that The Babes of Wrath will lose the tag titles to MegaBad as the heel team will have Penelope Ford to make it a 3-on-1 scenario. I'd assume Andrade beats Bandido, Swerve Strickland beats Brody King, and Toni Storm beats Marina Shafir. The Dogs going over isn't a sure thing by any means, but I'd lean toward them winning their trios match.
AEW REVOLUTION RESULTS - ZERO HOUR PRE-SHOW
- Boom & Doom ("Big Boom!" A.J. & Q.T. Marshall) defeated The Infantry (Capt. Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo) by pinfall.
- Singles Match for the AEW TBS Championship: Willow Nightingale (c) defeated Lena Kross by pinfall.
- 21-Man Blackjack Battle Royal Match for the AEW National Championship — Jack Perry won the title!
AEW REVOLUTION RESULTS - MAIN CARD
- Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) (c) retained over The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) by pinfall. After the match, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage returned to beat down FTR and indicate they're coming for the titles.
- Singles Match: “Timeless” Toni Storm vs Marina Shafir — Stipulation: Everyone is banned from ringside — Storm won by pinfall. After the match, Ronda Rousey came out and is aligned with Shafir, leaving with her.
- No Time Limit Match for the AEW Continental Championship: Jon Moxley (c) defeated Konosuke Takeshita by technical submission. They had a moment together in the ring with mutual respect, but then, Will Ospreay ran out and attacked The Death Riders, sending them into a retreat.
- Tag Team Match for the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship: Megan Bayne and Lena Kross defeated The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale) (c) to win the titles!
- Swerve Strickland defeated Brody King by pinfall. Kenny Omega returned to run off Swerve before he could use a cinder block after the match.
- Two-Out-of-Three Falls Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: Thekla (c) vs Kris Statlander — Thekla scored the first decision by pinfall. Statlander won the second by pinfall. Thekla won the third fall, despite how Statlander had the match won while the referee was out of commission.
- Trios Match for the AEW World Trios Championship: Místico and JetSpeed (“The Jet” Kevin Knight and “Speedball” Mike Bailey) won the titles from The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, and Mark Davis) (c) by pinfall!
- Andrade El Ídolo (with Don Callis) defeated Bandido by pinfall.
- Trios Match: Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, and Roderick Strong defeated The Dogs (David Finlay, Clark Connors, and Gabe Kidd) by pinfall.
- Last Chance Texas Death Match for the AEW World Championship: MJF (c) defeated “Hangman” Adam Page — As per the stipulation, Page will never be able to challenge for the AEW World Championship ever again
